Day Six. Run, Stretch and Burn

Tonight was the stretch part of the said challenge. On paper it looked pips and in practice the stretches were easy...but... and there always seems to be a but with this exercise marlarky, it was the now hold for 25 seconds. The time just did not go fast enough. The positions they had me in were rather suggestive....well my husband seem to find something saucy about it all....Men  :-)

I personally found the whole thing rather unflattering and was just made more aware of my lack of balance. I stacked it a couple of times doing the standing quad.

Its rest day tomorrow and after having a quick read of what week 2 has to offer I am really looking forward to it. It did say that by week 2 I should notice an improvement. Jury is out on that baby! 

I think I will leave the pictures to tell you the rest. All this exercise is making my arms ache!! lol. :-)

  1. Well done on actually being able to work out the stretches - mine were about as easy to understand as a speak Japanese in 1 day book!
