I personally found the whole thing rather unflattering and was just made more aware of my lack of balance. I stacked it a couple of times doing the standing quad.
Its rest day tomorrow and after having a quick read of what week 2 has to offer I am really looking forward to it. It did say that by week 2 I should notice an improvement. Jury is out on that baby!
I think I will leave the pictures to tell you the rest. All this exercise is making my arms ache!! lol. :-)

Well done on actually being able to work out the stretches - mine were about as easy to understand as a speak Japanese in 1 day book!
